We exist to create an atmosphere of worship!
MINISTRY
We know and believe that every person was created to worship! For that reason our greatest desire as a worship ministry is to work together as a team to create an atmosphere that allows every believer in the church to go beyond just good enough and attain his or her fullest potential as a worshiper.
TEAM
The worship team is not a collection of individuals working separately to accomplish their own goals or aspirations, but rather a community of believers who are focused on God-honoring purposes. As a team or community, we become something much more than the sum of our parts. God unites us through His Holy Spirit and creates something special when we think in terms of US, rather than I or me… Although we each have different parts and places within the ministry we are ONE TEAM.

How Can YOU Get Involved?
The Choir, Instrumental Worship Team, Worship Team, and Worship Band are the core groups that lead in worship. God can use your musical and creative talents to strengthen our ministry and to help you grow in your relationship with Him and with others!

Worship Choir
For adults who love to sing!

Meets: Worship Center. (Additional rehearsals may be necessary for seasonal programs and special events.)

The Worship Choir leads in worship during our 9 AM worship services and on other special occasions.

Instrumental Worship Team
Older youth and adults who play a musical instrument.

Dust off that old horn and use your talent for the Lord! We are building an orchestra that will lead in our 9 AM Sunday services and we need you! Come and use your skills for God's glory!

KIDS Choir (SEASONAL)
Children Grades 2nd-6th.​

The goal of the Worship Ministry at First Baptist Church is to raise up the next generation of worshipers. Worship is the thing that we will do forever! It is our desire to help children to grow spiritually while developing lifelong worship and discipleship values.
